EPE / Emotional Prompt Engine

Trust / Data and AI Principles

Emotional intention should remain declared, bounded, and explainable.

These principles describe the intended operating boundaries of LabNoir EPE and future retailer implementations.

01

Intentional Input

EPE works from information intentionally provided by the customer. EPE does not diagnose emotional states.

02

No Covert Emotion Inference

EPE does not secretly infer emotion from facial recognition, biometric signals, voice analysis, or other covert monitoring.

03

Customer Control

Customers can review, refine, or remove the intention they have declared.

04

Retailer Control

Retail partners maintain control over approved products, merchandising, inventory, brand rules, and commercial constraints.

05

Explainable Decisions

Recommendation reasoning should remain understandable to customers and to the retail teams responsible for the experience.

06

Data Minimization and Client Separation

Customer information should be minimized, protected, and used only for its stated purpose. Confidential client information must remain separated and must not be exposed to another client.
