EPE / Emotional Prompt Engine

Trust / Privacy

Privacy notice.

This notice explains the limited information handled by the current LabNoir commercial demonstration.

01

Understanding your shopping brief

Human Experience sends the shopping brief and any meaning clarification you enter to OpenAI through a server-only connection to interpret your request. The request uses store: false. This does not promise zero retention under OpenAI's separate abuse-monitoring policies.

Raw brief text is not written to LabNoir's D1 journey storage. Validated structured shopping facts may support your current direction. An encrypted, temporary continuity token keeps that interpretation stable during refinement; it is held in browser memory, not saved as raw prose. EPE, not the model, determines product eligibility, sizing, availability, price, and whether a look is complete.

02

Information EPE Commerce may use

EPE Commerce may use the shopping department and scope, product and category choices, occasion and customer-declared context, desired feeling or intention, color and fit preferences, coverage and walking needs, footwear preferences, sizing and size systems, budget, destination, postal and delivery information, season, weather and climate preferences, visible-logo choices, and material exclusions that a visitor intentionally enters.

For wedding, funeral, or memorial journeys, EPE may also use role, dress-code, mourning-color, practical, family, community, religious, social, or cultural protocol information that the visitor voluntarily provides. EPE does not infer a cultural rule from a destination.

During refinement, EPE may use saved product selections, accepted or rejected items, locked items, replacements, customer-authorized changes or relaxations, and bag or checkout identifiers needed to preserve the selected state on the current device.

The demonstration form may use the information intentionally submitted, including name, work email, company or organization, role, organization type, primary interest, primary customer or merchandising challenge, approximate catalog size, commerce platform, existing discovery or commerce technology, additional context, and consent.

03

Information stored in this browser

Style Memory, recommendation feedback, journey activity, demonstration-form drafts, and duplicate-submission fingerprints may be stored locally in the browser on the current device.

Style Memory is a browser-local record, not a server-side customer account. Browser-local information can be removed by deleting saved records, resetting activity where offered, or clearing site data on the device.

04

External submission

When an online request endpoint is configured, the completed demonstration form is submitted externally only after the endpoint returns a successful response. When only a contact email is configured, the site opens a prefilled email application and no submission occurs until the visitor sends that email.

When neither route is configured, no external submission occurs and the submission control is disabled. Saving a local draft is never treated as submission.

05

Duplicate-submission protection

After a successful online submission, the browser stores a fingerprint derived from the work email, company or organization, primary interest, and challenge. It is used only to prevent an identical request from being sent repeatedly from the same device.

06

Illustrative and local activity data

The illustrative pilot dashboard is a fixed sample dataset and is not customer data or verified commercial performance.

Activity on This Device is a separate browser-local view. Local journey events do not modify the illustrative pilot dataset.
